The power of dust is a physical and mental investigation of a near future world, which will helplessly witness the disappearance of clouds, due to the ever-increasing concentrations of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. What would happen if the water cycle stopped? Everyone who wants to take part in this collective, itinerant art action is invited to identify with the situation and to develop individual techniques for collecting raindrops before they fall on the ground.
